MARTIN GREAVES
KEYBOARDS,
VOCALS AND ARRANGEMENTS
Martin was born in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, UK. In 1994, he moved to San Diego, California, where he met and married his beautiful wife Wendy and has lived ever since.
Martin has been playing keyboards (organ and piano) since the age of nine.
His first pro gig was at fifteen, and since that moment his life has always been surrounded with music.
Martin has played both live and in the studio for numerous
artists and bands including Gregory Page, Larry Mitchell, The Troys (Elektra Records), and Mad Dogs And Englishmen, to name a few. Martin co-wrote the soundtrack for the pre-release trailer promo DVD for movie "The Passion of The Christ" with good friend and fellow band member, Charlie George.
As well as playing keyboards, Martin is also a pro-sound engineer, working
primarily at The Belly Up Tavern in Solana Beach, California, where he is the production manager. He is responsible for mixing sound for the many local, national and international acts featured there, recently including The Wonderstuff, Glenn Tilbrook (Squeeze lead vocalist), Mikie Dread, GZA, The Minus 5 (R.E.M.'s Peter Buck's side project), Dennis Quaid and The Sharks, Los Amigos Invisibles, Irwin's Conspiracy, and Don Carlos (with the stereo board mix
recordings of the Don Carlos shows to be released as an official live album
later this year). On top of all this, Martin also manages to find time to mix FOH (front of house) for the Grammy award-winning band Venice (best international album, Dutch Grammys) in and around the LA area.

Mychael’s musical career began at the early age of five, singing in amateur talent contests heard over the radio in the greater Chicago area. When the family moved to California in the late 50’s, the diverse mix of cultures and music of this new neighborhood greatly influenced him, and drew Mychael ever closer to a life-long love of music.
With a strong passion for the guitar, Mychael became enchanted with the guitar styles of artists like Les Paul, Jeff Beck, B.B. King, Kal David, George Benson and Carlos Santana. From all these influences, he has crafted a style that has become his own signature sound.
Mychael has worked with and performed along side such national artists as The Drifters, The Coasters, Ruby and the Romantics, Etta James, Bill Cosby, Keith Knudsen (of the Doobie Bros), Kal David and The Real Deal, Dennis Quaid and The Sharks and The Average White Band.
